WORKSHOP COURSE – BUILDING A MYSTERY

Ever wanted to write your own mystery story? Well here is a mini mystery course just for you. We’ll learn how to create a detective, set a puzzle, give out clues and get our detective solve the crime. Each lesson will have a video for you to watch and a worksheet with lots of tips and questions. Grab a notebook and dive right in.

Workshop Session 1 – DETECTIVES

In the first session we’ll look at how to create a briliant detective to be at the centre of your story.

HURRAH! It’s almost World Book Day, the most special day of the bookish year. It’s a brilliant day to celebrate everything we love about books and reading. This year it’s a bit different because we won’t be able to celebrate together in books and libraries, but I hope you’ll still all have wonderful fun.

I have put some ideas for dressing up for World Book Day over in the Activities and Games part of this site, so do check them out if you want to dress up as Max or any of his friends this world book day. It is always AMAZING to see how creative and inventive you all are.

Click below for a video all about why I love World Book Day so much. Or click on the download button beneath this picture and you will find a worksheet full of activities to Celebrate World Book Day 2021.
